I guess that aspirin is probably the cause, and at this age I think it's quite usual to take blood flow meds, no? (not that I know why)

The news isn't that he's an old guy with old guy problems, the news is that this is the first time he's admitted what he's been vehemently denying for literally years is true

I'd say it's especially noteworthy because of the severity of the 180. He was on the attack when people brought up his health and this interview he's extremely casual about it
