District judges and appeals courts have issued various rulings about the legality of the deployments. Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to block a lower court’s decision barring Trump’s use of the National Guard in Chicago.

smh. What a fuckin' moron. This is exactly what made these actions unlawful in the 1st place. You can't use the military for domestic law enforcement. All he's doing here, is admitting that he broke the law, and intends to do it again. The next court case will be a slam dunk since he just gave a full public confession, in advance.
