Theres a LOT more Linux users this year than before.
Ive had people in my friend group reach out for the first time looking for alternatives because win 10 was dying and win 11 PCs are waaay too expensive. A couple have liked Mint and stayed on it. One didnt like how programs could be installed how they were used to and moved back to...Windows 10. Almost no one outside of work has Windows 11 right now.
Im personally hoping for a somewhat mainstream Linux phone not Android. That would be wild.
For most people their PC/laptop/etc... are appliances. They dont care what OS is on their systems, they just want to get on their website and call it a day.
