This will affect rural mail the most. Every bit helps.
i doubt they care about rural voters, since Republicans tend to vote in person anyways, they will be okay with sacrificial lambs though.
25% of mail in ballots are from rural voters.
This mostly would harm older Republicans, but it's also not an actual change. Postmarks aren't applied on receipt unless you give your mail to a window clerk, FCM hasn't been next day guaranteed for a decade, and we separate out ballots if there's any time concern before it goes to a sorting facility.
People forget sorting facilities are mostly in cities. While some upper managers might be sociopaths who worship a narcissist king, regular people working for post offices aren't going to be going along with the bullshit.
