I thought the package name got garbled at first. "Why is the minetest logo next to a package I don't recognize?" Well, I just found the forum post this morning. Personally, I'm not a fan of the new name. I'm sure I'll get used to it in time, but it's just a little hard to say. Feels like a word someone is trying to convince you is real in a game of scrabble. "C'mon man, C++sknyt is totally a real word. Trust me bro!" Oh well. Just my thoughts.

The name is Finnish and means "the act of creating something". I think it's a very fitting name for an engine such as this :)
