January's edition of Healthy Food Guide magazine has a 4 week beginner workout plan and a 4 week challenge plan for active bodies. I recommend this mag for anyone who wants to change some not so good habits into good ones.
Thanks! I have been wanting to find an easy way back into exercise without going to the gym. I like a plan because the thinking about what to do blocks me.
Thanks, Iโll check that out. Am very bored with the same meals atm so looking for some inspiration
and who is going to clean the pantry and fridge out and remove "evil" foods
what about the other people in the family and their needs
who is going to do the shopping
who is going to cook and serve
( I say this as someone who has drastically changed their diet the past year, you can't underestimate how difficult it is, I don't want a challenge, it's not a competition, it needs to be easy )
Woah. I'll try and answer some of these questions best I can.
Why are you throwing out food because it's "evil"? No such thing. Buy 2 savoury snacks and 2 sweet snacks and when you've eaten those replace them or not.
Think of every space in your pantry and fridge as prime real estate. Do you want to waste space on stuff you think you might need or actually use? You're not a supermarket. You don't need to stock everything all at once.
My post was about exercise not diet but there is recipes in the mag as well as the latest research, healthier options and quick meals. They often feature articles on meals for dietary needs.
The reason I spruik this magazine is because I never want it to go out of print. The recipes use everyday ingredients that you probably already have.
You are right. Sorry.
I should have taken my time to post and not make a neg knee jerk reaction to a positive thing
You are forgiven โค๏ธ
Sometimes we need the next step, motivation or a restart. I certainly do.
Give yourself some credit because I've seen your food posts and not only are you not buying takeaway you are making reserves for another time. There's 2 positives there. Anything is better than takeaway.
