I don't know how I missed this piece of news.

Hopefully this means that Roger is out of trouble.

Anyone knows what exactly is a deferred prosecution agreement? I am looking forward to Sam Bent's video on the topic :-)

The only misconduct was performed by the state. They launched a fake case to get him to shut up about his new book "Hijacking Bitcoin" which exposes the BTC fraud.
