That's like pointing at an Android-based smart fridge, saying it doesn't run Skyrim, and saying it's a Linux issue, because android is based on Linux.
If you want to play the semantics game, Android does not run a Linux kernel and is only based on it. Which makes it no longer Linux.

Your uneducated made-up definitions of what is Linux kernel or not don't change reality
Then show me Arch or Debian booting with the Android kernel if you think so much that its still a Linux kernel. Don't worry, I'll wait
Keep waiting, I won't indulge for your imaginary definition. The Linux kernel is not defined by whether or not it can run desktop or server distributions.
Android is not Linux, its an OS with its own kernel. You cant define it because I dont think you even know what you are talking about.
