Maybe they are counting Aircraft Carriers as US sovereign-soil and not legitimate targets of war? Who can say when it comes to the minds of agent-provocateurs?

Personally, I am more than ready to see the privilege of "super-powers" to world-spanning navies revoked. Fuck-em. Let actual pirates have the high-seas and we can all mount heavy-weapons on anything larger than a dinghy.
