allergy to milk bad , started coughing after eating a shortbread made with butter, lips and throat hurt 😭taken a telfast now , I had forgotten to take one this morning

and this weather is unbelievable, I had gotten some nice clothes for hot days, now I'm going to be wearing a coat for down at the coast
