That is remarkably cost-effective.

The government has spent more than $200 million to advertise CBP Home — and nearly 38,000 people have used the app to leave the U.S.

But it sounds like they're not including the amortized advertisement costs in that number. This would add $5,263 per person.

Now calculate the loss tax revenue from those people... because taking bets, people with the means to willing relocate has the means to pay decently in taxes...
