I'm not generally anxious, but definitely occasionally situationally. The encrapified phone messing with my income is aggravating but hey, free patience workout I guess.
I would be interested in any dbt material you can link. Someone I know can use it and maybe when the phone is acting up until I get one, I can too. I used to have resources but I lost them. ๐
