This would make sense if they used the same 'objective' language for countries like Russia which are adversaries but they clearly don't. If Russia did something similar all the adjectives would be in the title. And NYT wouldn't be quoting Russia but Ukraine calling it a massive ceasefire violation.
You also posted recently that using quotes as punctuation is calling something a lie so I'm a little biased against your conclusions.
Because these kinds of double standards clearly don't exist
