Here's a tip that hardly any home user will need these days... if your print gets too faded and you don't have another ribbon, then you can open this up and shoot a little wd-40 into it. It won't hurt the printer and you'll get some extra miles out of the ribbon. (The quality isn't quite as good, but it's still good.
