If the game has sufficient enough creative freedom to artistically design your town in a unique way, then I really find the aspect of going first person and walking around in games like this very very fun. Especially if there is added gameplay to it. Like in zoo tycoon 2 you could clean up the animal exhibits and refill their food and water and brush the animals and stuff in first person. It was a lot of fun. Now in planet zoo there isn't gameplay elements to going first person, but at the very least it's still a lot of fun since the majority of the game is so creativity focused. It really makes you look at your Park from a New perspective and really design it from every angle.

If every town is going to look exactly the same and do the same thing though with not enough creative input from the player and how roads are laid down or designed then I don't think that's going to add much
