Inspired by this post but the other way around. Which channels (any subject) do you think have stayed true to their beginnings and are still worth watching today?

Take anything vetitasium says with a significant pinch of salt, I'm afraid. Several times, when he's discussed something I'm knowledgeable in, he's exaggerated or dramatised to the point of outright untruth
