Inspired by this post but the other way around. Which channels (any subject) do you think have stayed true to their beginnings and are still worth watching today?

3Blue1Brown if you are somewhat deeper into maths.

And as a German I am very fond of rewboss, a Brit doing an English language channel with very well grounded deep dives into culture, language and hidden sights.
