count calories... of all the things you put in your mouth.

How is that done outside of a lab setting? Do you weigh each entree? What if your entree contains multiple foods of different proportions with different caloric values? I don't see such calorie counting being accurate enough to be useful.

One dont eat 19 foods at once, thats why you fat. 2 you should be counting all the kcals and protein of all your foods, until you n have a healthy routine.

But if you want a quick and dirty just ask chat gpt how much kcals and protein for each food you eat. Describe the foods, Serving size and there you go.

If you cook your food you know whats in it. If you dont cook it look at the label. If you eat out all the time you are already unhealthy n ducked.

I could say more, but you can Google it. I've done it any time I reach my *time to diet weight. Chefs and weight lifters do this all the time.
