It wasn’t cheap, but goddammit photography is magical when it doesn’t glow and is bigger than a phone.

That's a really cool shot! I got a landscape that I took printed and hung it over my desk so I can see it all the time. It's really incredible to be admiring it and think "I took that." It just hits different when it's not on a screen.
For anyone else interested in doing this, Walmart does 24x36 prints for like 20 bucks and frames can be had for around 20 at IKEA or usually a dollar or less if you can find one at Goodwill. Doesn't have to be super expensive. And if that is even too much for you, someone in one of my groups gets their photos printed at the 'regular' size (3x5 I think?) and it's still really cool to have something to hold in your hand and they're much much cheaper at that size!
I'm working on building a body of physical work so that eventually I can get an exhibition done.
I'm doing what I can to grow and improve and be seen in the community.
