India could also very well be in talks with Putin to help take some territory from its neighbors.
And Putin would love nothing more than to play both sides in a India/Pakistan conflict.
china also being a long timeally of pakistan, would probably counter it, so it would be much hard for putin to do so internationally. thats how pakistan got thier nukes, china helped them. china also isnt a friend of india. just both of thier relationship with putins currently aligns.
