Wasn't this literally what his entire beef with Obama's birth certificate was over? He didn't consider him a US citizen...even though his mother was a US citizen...because he believes he was born in Kenya.

According to US law, it doesn't matter what country he was born in...as long as at least one of his parents was a US citizen, then he was a US citizen. Period. End of debate.

Except for Trump, who disagreed with that entire premise.
