If their nearby medical facilities haven't closed because of the Medicare cuts they can purchase off schedule vaccines from their for profit insurance at a premium if they can afford it, but kids & folks with immune problems or reasons why they can't directly take the vaccines will be way more likely to suffer and die when the herd immunity is broken and they let a bunch of unvaccinated kids into public schools and daycare facilities.
