Absolutely not defending him at all here. The whole administration is complicit at best, and wholly responsible at worst. .... But......

Brit here, I thought the US didn't recognise the ICC?

Again. They definitely ARE just murdering foreign nationals at this point....

Of course they can commit war crimes. The US not recognising the ICC doesn't change reality.
