Ok, Beslan is, my bad. But Moscow is right at the right edge

That's not Moscow, too far north-west for that. Probably Veliky Novgorod or something around there.

Edit: Found this, the one right on the map edge is very likely Bologoye: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_Nevsky_Express_bombing
