A cheap cyborg actioner from Sam Firstenberg, the director of such B-movie classics as American Ninja 1 and 2, Ninja III: The Domination, Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo, etc. etc.

Cyborg Cop should be available for streaming on Tubi.
