this is like tossing handfuls of crackers to starving masses and calling the problem resolved.

You can tell none of these politicians give a shit about the American people the way they refuse to advocate for single payer healthcare. They're all beholden to this vampiric insurance system that serves no one but the rich assholes that own it and their shareholders.

They have the power and resources to make it happen, we're the only developed nation in the West that doesn't do it, too. It doesn't even give us better healthcare solutions. It would be fucking insane to think that anyone in Washington is working to benefit Americans.

It's good that some prices will be reduced. But it's fucking peanuts compared to what they're capable of and because of that, it's a slap in the face to anyone capable of thought.

And is that worse than no crackers? Dems were in power for 4 years recently. Why didn't they reduce the prices on everything?
