This controversy isn't about the organisations that received a negative recommendation from the independent experts. It's about the 6 organisations that are losing most/all their subsidies despite getting a positive recommendation. If there is a different controversy about the negative recommendation for samenhuizen's application, then I'm not aware of that one.
