I've never even thought of reusing a teabag, but I only really drink black tea and English breakfast tea like Lipton etc, not a fancy tea drinker at all. I wouldn't re-use Lipton.
Always drink tea from a mug with a handle, there is no other way for me. Something about holding a handle which is more comforting for me. I have those double walled Bodum glasses which gather dust because the pull for the handle is too strong.
