I have a pretty good quality pdf but it uses a small font so reading it is uncomfortable. I noticed someone started a transcription of it on ProleWiki, but unfortunately it doesn't look like it is going to be finished.

Yeah, I do EPUB conversions, and even when the PDF is fully text the output isn't great.
