Yes, and it was animated by a studio that assisted with the actual Death Note anime. Western shows parodying anime always have an ugly, super off style, but they went the extra mile and it looks like the real thing! Highly recommend it to any fan of anime in general. It's Treehouse of Horror XXXIII and the segment is called Death Tome.
