The 50 year mortgage is championed by some who has 6 bankruptcies and one of them was a casino.

Ok I googled it Taj mahal 1991 Castle 1992 Plaza hotel 1992 Hotel and casino resort 2004 Entertainment resorts 2009 AND 2014

So actually 6 bankruptcies at 5 entities, wow. Someone smarter than me had to find this extremely suspicious and maybe associated it to money laundering. This dude sucks.
