- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Working for temp agencies sucks so much. You can be really good at your job but it won't matter to the company, they'll drop you the second the contract expires to save themselves having to give you healthcare benefits. Temp workers also get treated like second class citizens with different badges and exclusion from company events and parties because you're technically not an employee of theirs.
