I have similar stuff from MS. Idk how much it can help but the biggest thing I did to improve my situation was just accept that I have bad days, and in general can't do as much. Once I started giving myself grace over it my mood improved and I found ways around it. I still have bad days and I still can't do as much but I can do more things than before. I went from a fat, lazy, depressed sack to working out and learning guitar.
