Replacement for r/steamdeck_linux.

As Lemmy doesn't have flairs yet, you can use these prefixes to indicate what type of post you have made, eg:
[Flair] My post title

The following is a list of suggested flairs:
[Discussion] - General discussion.
[Help] - A request for help or support.
[News] - News about the deck.
[PSA] - Sharing important information.
[Game] - News / info about a game on the deck.
[Update] - An update to a previous post.
[Meta] - Discussion about this community.

Some more Steam Deck specific flairs:
[Boot Screen] - Custom boot screens/videos.
[Selling] - If you are selling your deck.

These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.

I won't be able to afford the Steam Machine at launch, but it will probably be a long time before I can easily get one anyway. Pretty sure I'm going to be jumping ship from traditional consoles to Valve with the way the industry is going. They've really impressed me with the Steam Deck.

I wonder if I'll be able to drag and drop the game and save files for my non-Steam games from the Steam Deck to the Steam Machine and have them just work? That would be nice!

I read that SD cards will be hot swappable, which seems to imply you might get your wish!

Oh wow, that'd be super convenient! I keep all my non-Steam games on a card and my Steam games on the console.
