Telegram is sending login OTP in app message itself! So i am not able to login! (lemmy.ml)

i am not login in any telegram application right now desktop, web, mobile but telegram is still sending OTP in telegram message which i can't access!

why they are not sending me OTP as SMS nor they are giving me any other options

Yes but nothing useful theretelegram

And clicking help button take me to my email app to write a mail. I even send multiple email for help but i got no reply back. Telegram is behaving like an asshole.
