You can't be serious, Russia is hundreds of years older than America
Different states. Feudal Russia is not socialist Russia is not capitalist Russia.
The current Russia was founded somewhere between 1990 and 1993 depending on your definition.
Edit: which makes the 1945 date even more of an obvious cherry-pick.
