Don’t supply cheap shit, and it won’t be an IT nightmare. We’ve never had an issue with decades old rugged phones, and those have been through concrete.
Get the right tools for the job. Give your guys Razers that work in the field, and you’re gonna have a bad time. That shouldn’t need to be explained. Expensive shouldn’t mean easily damaged, rugged phones cost more, but they do what they are supposed to.
