Someone is kind to you and your reaction is "Oh yeah, I'm so great. I'm going to post about how my focus and dedication inspires the people around me." Absolutely a lunatic.

Nothing about community, working next to people for a common/ similar goal, kindness, not fucking judging people by appearance, little things that uplift us.
