I dig the vibe of the activity, but does everything have to be so performative. What about some quiet contemplation and internal awareness and appreciation / gratitude that the world has given you a moment to perceive it in more detail. I'd take that over needing to vocalize that cringe sentence at the end.

I do think it's better without saying the thing out loud at the end too.
