Isabelle* lives in the house you make for her in the Happy Home Paradise DLC (not really)

Otherwise she spends 99% of her time in Resident Services

The exceptions are New Years Eve and the fireworks shows in August

Isabella is basically a Spanish name, so in this reality, she probably got deported by ICE after she lost her job at resident services.
