It’s “terminate the filibuster” which makes sense since the Dems are currently using it to stop authoritarian policies from making it through.

That being said, the filibuster is highly anti-democratic in nature and I would not be sad to see it removed entirely from the system. Remember, it can and has been used to fight legislation like the Civil Rights Act as well.
