To me, it looks like stable diffusion in-painting. The patterns in the floor between the two real legs have changes.

EDIT: I'm an idiot and didn't realize doin' 'shops was this dudes schtick. Ignore my AI comment.

If you get a chance, check out his other shops. This guy's got a stupid amount of talent, and uses it for dumb jokes like this all the time.

These things are quite easy to fake. Just because someone has a talent doesn't mean they can't milk it with lots of fakes for the content machine.

The floor could just be some cloning. AI wouldn't be this accurate with the details. Like the shape of the dress would have changed, now it's just some moved dots.
