A pharmaceutical executive collapsed in the Oval Office Thursday as members of the Trump administration were announcing a new deal for weight-loss medications.

The representative from one of the pharmaceutical companies was standing behind the president during the event when, suddenly, his knees buckled from underneath him.

See Trump with a bit of struggle trying to stand up? His dementia has advanced to the stage of showing it physically. That's not my armchair opinion, I've read several articles where doctors are pointing it out.

There's also the fact that Trump looks fully out to lunch in this picture. Not even like "wha nobody's paying attention to me", quite literally not even present in the moment.

I'm scared shitless that no media is calling out the obvious. If Trump were our grandpa, the kids would already be fighting about how to put him away. He's gone.
