No he didn't and that's not how vibration collars work, you're just describing a variation of shock collar that Hasan has never used and pretending he was referring to those brands, he wasn't and he made that clear multiple times and it was made more obvious when he showed the collar off, which was clearly not a shock collar of ANY kind

The man reached offscreen for some fuckin Zyns at the same time his dog randomly yelped, likely her getting a dewclaw caught on something or putting bad weight on an ankle, something dogs do all the time
