So we are just killing suspected criminals now? No due process, no detainment, no burden of proof? What do we do with nasty criminals that have been convicted of multiple serious crimes? Like, I dunno, more than thirty?

No that's different because they were Muslims in Afghanistan and Yemen, so obviously they dont count
