Unable to text images to android users, cannot find an option to enable MMS (sopuli.xyz)

I have a friend that uses Android, her and I text cat pictures to each other all day. But today I started getting an error while trying to send any to her. I can send messages without images fine.

I looked in message settings for an option to enable MMS but do not see anything. I searched settings as well.

I get this when I search, but touching it brings me to messages settings and no mms options.

You have to have APN setup properly with settings from your carrier. Do a web search for your carrier + iOS + APN

Thanks, I ended up resetting the settings and it is working again.
