Hello Comrades,

I experience cataracts plus several other eye conditions. I do wear corrective lenses, and all day today, I experience eye burning and watering. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms with cataracts alone and if so, what remedies were effective for you? I can't recall other conditions since my family member took it upon themselves to take my diagnostic write up for safe-keeping, so I will have to wait until they find it and have time to let me know.

Thanks for any cost-efficient relief you can offer.

Pushing too hard in my free time is a problem for me too. I sometimes set a timer for short breaks, especially during work or something I might get focused on like a video, and I also keep a list of activities that don't require my eyes to make it a little easier to force myself to stop using them for a while when I have to. I hope things get easier for you!

A timer is a good idea, if I actually use it properly.

Thank you, I hope things get easier for you too!
