New Glenn is supposed to be able to hover. It has to get through engine relights and reentry first, though, which is what did it in last time.
Ability to hover should make the final landing maneuver at least a little easier. But yeah, first they need to survive reentry, get a good relight on the engines and actually guide the thing down with precision. Hope they livestream the next launch, I want to see them pull this off or fail trying.
