It's really good. Got an almost perfect score shooting five stand. I like a circle-dot reticle for it. The key is to keep both eyes open, acquire the target as quickly as possible and focus on it. Then, all I had to do was put the big circle-dot in the flight path ahead of the clay.
For home defense and drone defense, I think this setup is the way to go.
I say just get a Holosun 503, or really any Holosun that has the features you want. Keep an eye on the gundeals reddit for stores advertising "email for price" to get a deal below Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
The common belief is the Sig Sauer Romeo5 is just a rebranded Holosun 403 made in the same Chinese factory. I've had another more expensive Sig Sauer red dot fail on me though.
