Oooo I got triggered last night 😂 niece came home from care and just lost her mind, bossing us around, crying, screaming at us, at her parents, to do what she wanted.

We chalked it up to her witnessing a conflict at care between other kids and her feeling like she needs control. No hard feelings or anything, but I had to go outside and ground myself - being bossed around and feeling like I lack my own agency was a bit too much for me.

Still got this cold, and now it's in my chest 😭 but it's SILs birthday so I'll pop some codeine in me and hope I survive 😂
